How it works
From listing to proof photos in four steps.

IRLSlots is free to join and free to list. A bid authorizes the amount on the advertiser's card — it is never charged until the auction ends and the bid wins. Creators keep 100% of the winning bid; advertisers pay only when they win.
If you want to sell ad space

Pick your event
Search the calendar or add your own event with a link to its official page. Find the exact spot you will be at.

List the spots
A back panel, a left forearm, a T-shirt a brand mails you, space on your car or backpack. Add photos, size, a starting price and when the ad will be visible.

Set the rules
Choose how the ad is fulfilled: you apply the logo, the advertiser ships an item you wear, or they decide when they bid. Add the times you will post proof photos during the event.

Connect payouts and publish
Complete Stripe payout setup (Set up payouts) so you can receive the winning bid directly, then publish. Your listing appears in Explore.

Find a placement
Browse by surface, city, date or event type, or open an event page to see everything listed for it.

Bid with a creative
Your first bid includes your logo or image, a headline, a link and instructions. The bid authorizes the amount on your card — nothing is charged yet, and if you are outbid the authorization is released.

Win and get charged
When the auction ends and your bid wins, the authorized amount is captured: the winning bid goes to the creator and the buyer service fee is collected. If you lose, you pay $0.

Get proof
During the event the creator posts photo proof at the times they scheduled. When it is done, both sides can leave a review.
Payments, plainly
Bids are authorizations, not charges. A losing bidder's card is released the moment they are outbid — the loser pays $0. The winner's card is charged when the auction ends. The authorization covers the winning bid plus the buyer service fee; the Pricing & fees page shows both fee modes with a worked example.
If a brand sends you an item
A creator can choose «I wear what you send» and list the item types and sizes they accept. The advertiser pays for shipping and mails the item before the event. The creator enters a receiving address that only the winning advertiser can see, and confirms with a photo when it arrives. If the item does not arrive by the ship-by date, either side can cancel with no penalty.
Props: stickers, clothing, temporary tattoos. Usually the advertiser makes them and ships them to the creator; the creator can also say what they'll wear and what to send, or you agree in the deal chat.
Proof, not promises
Every slot lists the times the creator will post photo proof during the event. Proof photos show the ad in the real world — and, for supplied items, the actual item that was mailed. Both sides can leave a review when the deal is completed.

Does IRLSlots take a cut?
IRLSlots adds a buyer service fee to every winning bid, shown as one line before you confirm. Creators keep 100% of the winning bid; there are no subscriptions, listing fees or bid fees.
What happens when I place a bid?
Your card is authorized for the winning bid plus the buyer service fee, not charged. If someone outbids you the authorization is released and you pay $0. If you win, the amount is captured when the auction ends.
What if the creator cancels?
You are refunded right away, minus the payment processing cost, which is then collected from the creator's next sale and returned to you. If the fault is ours, you get a full refund. See the Refund & cancellation policy for what qualifies.

A creator can choose «I wear what you send». You pay for shipping, mail the item before the event, and the creator confirms with a photo when it arrives.
